Free delivery on all orders. No minimum spend. 

Estimated dispatch time: 24 – 48 hours 

Estimated delivery time: 2 – 8 days from dispatch 

Tracking your order 

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. 

Authority to leave ‘ATL’ 

By selecting the box "Tick this box if you agree that our driver can leave the delivery if you are out" during checkout you will be authorising us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery ("ATL delivery"). In doing so, please note that the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law. 

Lost or damaged goods 

If you have not received your delivery within 10 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery service.  

I placed an order and I want to change it 

While we will do our best to accommodate you, generally we cannot change either delivery addresses or the contents of orders once placed. We work quickly to dispatch orders and it's not always possible to put changes through our system before orders are dispatched. If you’re not happy with your order when it arrives, you’re welcome to return it for free
