Absolutely! Returns are free for 45 days. If what you ordered just isn’t for you, initiate a return here.
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend to qualify for free shipping.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and are shipped via Australia Post which takes 2 – 8 business days.
Sure are. When I did my customer feedback this was very important to people. Which is why I’ve worked with fabrics that are machine washable so you don’t have to spend time hand-washing your clothes.
How annoying is it that sizes are not standardised across all brands? I hear you. When your goods arrive, if you’re not sure whether the size is right for you, I will send you the next size (up or down) to try side by side with what you have. There is no charge to get an additional size. Then simply post the wrong size back (returns are free). Now you have the perfect fit.
If when you get the second size, you feel like the item just isn’t for you, you’re welcome to post both sizes back and get a full refund.

When returning an item, you can opt for 110% store credit. Once your return has been received, quality checked and processed, this credit (equalling the amount you paid plus 10% extra) will be available online in your Blue Sky Day the Label account, ready to apply to your next purchase.
Store credit from returns are valid for 3 years. Once store credit has been processed onto your account we are unable to reverse this for a cash refund.
