To help you choose the right size, please measure over the widest part of your chest as shown in the image below.

If you don’t have a tape measure to measure around your chest, you can use a ruler to measure a t-shirt you already have that you like the fit of and compare it to the garment measurements below.
For example, if you have a t-shirt that fits well over your boobs and measures 54cm across the chest, then you’d go for a size 12.
